Most of us already know, and agree, that there are numerous health benefits of drinking water on an empty stomach in the early morning. Water is essential for life and its benefits are undeniably healthy. All organs need water to function properly and in good health gently; For convenience and we will have to take advantage of this important, healthy and effective element that nature offers us, that we have it in our reach.

Benefits of drinking water on an empty stomach

The health benefits of drinking water in the morning are amazing. Water has magical properties when it comes to your health.

1 Clears your bowels
First, when you drink so much water you feel the need to pass stools. This means that your bowel movement gets regularized. When you pass stools every day, your body is cleared of waste.

2 Releases of toxins from the body

When you go to the bathroom you are expelling toxins from your body. Water helps you go to the bathroom, so when you drink water you are detoxing your body. The more water you drink, the cleaner your body will be. It also helps reduce swelling.

3 Makes you hungry
Drinking water and cleansing your bowels gets rid of your sleepiness. It also makes you hungry early in the morning so you can have your breakfast.

4 Produces More Blood Cells
Drinking water on an empty stomach stimulates red blood cells to grow faster. This, in turn, results in more oxygenated blood that makes you feel more energetic.

5 Prevents headache
Most of the time, we experience headaches due to dehydration. Drinking water in the morning ensures that your body is hydrated.

6 Speeds up metabolism
Drinking hot water can increase your metabolic rate by at least 24 percent. This means you digest and assimilate your food faster and end up losing some weight.

7 Weight Loss
Drinking water on an empty stomach helps eliminate toxins and reduce swelling. It also boosts your metabolism to burn calories faster. It is one of the best strategies you can use when you are on a diet.

8 Gives you glowing skin
Most acne problems occur when your bowel movements are not clear. Once you have regular bowel movements, your body is detoxified leading to fewer outbreaks and acne.

9 Increases energy

If you feel sluggish, you should drink a tall glass of water. Drinking water on an empty stomach stimulates red blood cells to grow faster. More red blood cells produce more oxygen in the blood. This means that you will have more energy.

10 Improve your immune system
Water is very important for the balance of fluids in your body. Your immunity to infections increases when you drink water on an empty stomach every day.

How To Whiten Teeth at Home

How to whiten your teeth at home in just 3 minutes with household items.
All you need is this :
– baking soda (sodium bicarbonate)
– lemon (you can use citric acid..same thing)
– toothbrush
Mix the baking soda with the lemon juice untill you end up with a paste…use that to clean your teeth.
Do it 2 times per week for 3 weeks.

P.S. For people who think this is acidic and eats away your enamel:
You first of all have three layers of enamel, secondly if you did science you would have done an experiment in which you neutralize a base (sodium hydroxide) with an acid (hydrochloric acid) and when the two mix they neutralize to be neither acidic or basic but neutral. This is the same principle and that’s why there is far more baking soda to make sure the ph is more basic than acidic.

10 Largest Dogs Ever You Won’t Believe Exist

Some breeds of dogs have been around since ancient times. Most dogs are bred for a lot of different things, from protecting livestock, and protecting their owners, to being faithful and loyal companions.

But in order for a dog to be protective, it’s should be bred with the size it needs to be effective. Join us as we take a look at 10 of the largest dogs ever.

1. Hulk, the Pit Bull – The name ‘Hulk’ fits this pit bull dog perfectly because he is a giant 175lbs, and stands on his hind legs almost 5 feet tall. And while he might seem big and scary, his owners say that he is very gentle and is even trusted around their young son.

2. Freddy, the Great Dane – It’s probably no surprise to many that the Great Dane is one of the largest breeds of dog in the world, but Freddy takes the breed to a whole new level of big. He stands 7ft 6 inches on his hind legs, 2 feet taller than his owner, and weighs 200lbs!

3. Zorba, the English Mastiff – This English Mastiff was a legend when it comes to some of the world’s biggest dogs. You may know that when it comes to the combination of weight and height, nothing can beat this breed of canine. Many Mastiffs average up to 190 pounds, but it’s not unusual for these giants to weigh around 225 pounds at full maturity.

4. CH Samson, the Neapolitan Mastiff – This breed of Mastiff, called ‘Mastino Napolitano’ is actually an ancient dog breed, and that might explain the size of this rare dog. CH Samson was one of the largest and heaviest Mastiffs and weighed a whopping 225 pounds at just two and a half years old.

5. Zeus the Great Dane – Zeus, who lived in Otsego, Michigan, was named the world’s tallest dog by the Guinness World Records in 2012. He measured an incredible 44 inches from his feet to the middle of his shoulder blades.

6. Newfoundland – Unlike many larger breeds, the Newfoundland wasn’t bred to be a guard dog. Instead, it was bred to help fishermen. These big, muscular dogs are able to haul nets and lines from boats, pull carts and, most importantly, fetch anything that falls overboard into the water, including people.

7. The Irish Wolfhound – Like the Scottish deerhound, the Irish wolfhound, as its name implies, was bred to chase down wolves. Developed from war hounds into a dog that was used for hunting and guarding, the Irish wolfhound is ancient breed of canine, and may have been brought to Ireland as far back as 7000 B.C.

8. Leonberger – This large breed of dog began as a mix between a Newfoundland and a Saint Bernard. In the mid-1840s, Heinrich Essig of Leonberg, Germany, crossed a Newfoundland with a Saint Bernard for four generations, then added in a Pyrenean Mountain Dog to the mix.

9. Caucasian Shepherd – This big dog was bred to do one thing only, and that is to protect sheep from wolves, and any other predator that dares attack a shepherd’s flock. However, these dogs can and have been used to protect other livestock.

10. The Anatolian Shepherd – This canine was bred to be a shepherd’s companion and livestock guardian. The interesting thing about them is that they were bred for their size and color so that they matched the livestock that they were protecting.

10 Unique Animals You Won’t Believe Exist

10 strange and amazing animals that you have probably never heard of. Nature is truly full of surprises!
We live in the twenty-first century, and all continents have already been discovered, all secrets of our planet revealed, all mountain peaks conquered. Just when you think you have seen it all, some new bizarre creature makes an appearance instantly restoring your faith in the impossible!

TIMESTAMPS
Mangalitsa Pig, a.k.a. “a pig in sheep’s clothing” 0:50
Rhinopithecus or golden snub-nosed monkey 1:33
Emperor tamarin 2:13
Patagonian Mara 3:04
Fluffy cow 3:52
Markhor Goat 4:44
Raccoon dog 5:23
Blue Footed Booby 6:25
Malayan Colugo 7:13
Venezuelan Poodle Moth 8:09
BONUS 8:56

SUMMARY
– The birthplace of this curly-haired pig is Hungary where it was discovered in the mid-19th century. Due to the fleece covering this animal, it resembles a sheep, therefore, such a name!
– The name of this species is roxellana, and there is a story behind it. It is believed that they were called this way after the supposedly snub-nosed courtesan of Suleiman the Magnificent (a 16th century Sultan of the Ottoman Empire).
– They were called like this because of the resemblance of their mustache to that of German Emperor Wilhelm II.
– Patagonia Mara is the fourth largest rodent on our planet. There are several interesting facts about them. Females often put offsprings into creches for safety.
– Fluffy cows are looked after by people whose work is to wash, dry and use products to style these animals, so they look as fluffy as they do! It is necessary to maintain them daily, and it will take months of regular grooming until they get this lovely look of kids toys.
– If you see a creature which looks as if it’s trying to catch an alien radio signal from space, it’s most likely Markhor Goat. They can grow as long as 6 ft from head to tail!
– If you can’t decide if you want to have a dog or a raccoon as a pet, we have just the thing for you – raccoon dog! Despite having raccoon-like markings on their fur, they are not very closely related to the North American raccoon.
– Blue Footed Booby are to catch your eye if you ever visit the Galapagos Islands. They can look a bit clumsy and comical on land, but they are excellent at flying and swimming.
– Colugo has a large gliding membrane (like a flying squirrel), and they can glide for long distances between trees standing far apart.
– Even if the Poodle Moth may look as if it lives in Antarctica with all this fur, in fact, it comes from Venezuela, a tropical country. Its hairs don’t serve for heating.

BONUS
Cloud Antelope! This species lives in the clouds (that’s why such a name)! Its bright blue fur is the reflection of cloudless blue skies in the area of its habitat. Its diet consists of sun rays and candies…

LIVE: Rescue kitten nursery! TinyKittens.com

To adopt: http://TinyKittens.com/adopt
More about our rescue work: http://TinyKittens.com
Our VIP livestream: http://vip.tinykittens.com
Ways to help: http://TinyKittens.com/help
Weight chart: https://bit.ly/2Hcj8oR

UPDATE JUNE 22: Three new bottle feeder kittens have joined us from our new colony and will be sharing this stream with Chlomona and her kittens. Their colony: http://TinyKittens.com/harvie

UPDATE MAY 31: Chloe will be wearing the “weansie” (weaning onesie) on and off to help her milk dry up faster. Her body needs to recover from chronic pregnancy, and we would like to begin stabilizing her kidneys and getting her healthy enough for her dental surgery as soon as possible, but we can’t do that until she stops nursing kittens.

UPDATE MAY 11: Aura got a checkup today. Amazingly, after 140 tube feedings her lungs are still clear and Dr. F was blown away by how good she looks. We still have a long road ahead, but she doesn’t seem to mind the tube feedings and is happy and extremely adorable otherwise. Chloe, Ramona and the other kittens all look great as well.

UPDATE MAY 2: Aura went to the vet today for a checkup because of her stuffy nose that has been forcing her to breathe through her mouth, and her lower lip is developing a sore. The good news is that her temp is normal, her lungs are clear (yay), her respiration rate is good and she remains a feisty little fighter. Prognosis remains guarded, but every day gets us a little closer.

UPDATE MAY 1: Chloe is being treated for mastitis, which is quite uncomfortable. It is helpful for kittens to nurse on her. Aura’s nose is stuffy, so she has been breathing through her mouth from time to time. It may look alarming, but it is the same as when we get a cold and can’t breathe through our noses.

PLEASE NOTE: This is live, uncensored rescue reality. We make ourselves vulnerable by broadcasting live, 24/7, because we believe it is essential to share the largely unseen reality of cat overpopulation with the world… even when it breaks our hearts. If you have concerns about what you are seeing, the solution is to become advocates for spaying, neutering, compassion and Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR).

While heartbreak is inevitable in the work that we do, we hope you will take great comfort and joy witnessing the transformations of the cats and kittens saved, who would otherwise have never gotten a chance to experience the love, comfort and pampered lives they deserve.

Thank you for watching!

CHLOE (4/22): Brie – tortie #1, Fontina – tortie #2, Colby – lighter ginger, Cheddar – darker ginger, Aura – tortie tuxie with cleft palate
RULA (4/19): Nakia – tortie
RAMONA (4/17): Huggins – Yellow Collar; Ribsy – Blue Collar; Beezus – Green collar

Over the bridge: Ramona’s Quimby and Little Prince, Rula’s Okoye and T’Challa

UPDATE APRIL 22: Chloe gave birth to five beautiful kittens this morning. Four are doing well so far, but Aura has a significant cleft palate with two large holes. We have a specialist advising us, and while the prognosis is guarded, we will continue to tube feed every 2-4 hours around the clock and do everything we can to get her big enough for surgery in 16-24 weeks.

Chloe Ramona are ferals raising their last litters of kittens in safety and comfort. They come from a colony of more than 230 feral cats, where 90% have been spayed/neutered thanks to Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) efforts. Our volunteers provide daily care and feeding to the cats who remain at the colony, regardless of rain, snow or face-spider season. Meet their colony friends and family: http://TinyKittens.com/happyforest

UPDATE APRIL 3, 2018: A third pregnant feral named Rula has joined our feral caternity ward. She is also from the Happy Forest.

UPDATE APRIL 2, 2018: Gwen “accidentally” trapped a pregnant feral cat, so we are going to see how she does sharing a room with Chloe. Chloe (ginger + white) and Ramona (pure black) are from the same colony, so it is likely they know each other.

Chloe, Rula and Ramona will be part of our new project to map the DNA of her feral cat colony. http://tinykittens.com/dna

See Some of the Best Ancient Roman Tile Work in the World | National Geographic

Villa Romana del Casale, built between the 3rd and 4th century A.D., was partially destroyed by an earthquake in the 12th century. However, the mosaics adorning nearly every room were preserved by a mudslide and survived in nearly pristine condition until they were rediscovered by archeologists some 700 years later. They remain one of the finest collections of Roman tile work in the world.

AMAZING Recent Archeological Discoveries

From the discovery of Egypt’s youngest mummies to the unearthing of a medieval artifact in a parking lot, archaeologists are discovering new and exciting things that give us more info about the way our ancestors lived. Join me as I tell you about buried treasure, ancient evidence of advanced societies, and even a real life artifact that could have inspired The Lord of the Rings. These are, The most Amazing Recent Archaeological discoveries!

9 Perfectly Preserved Skeletons
In the center of the Cambridge University campus, an ancient burial site was unearthed that dates back to between 1290 and 1538. So far, diggers have found 25 perfectly intact skeletons. Other skeletons were chopped in half by 20th-century foundations being placed into the earth. Archaeologists expect to find many more remains in the area—possibly 40 or more skeletons total.

8 Untouched Royal Peruvian Tomb
A tomb created around 1,200 years ago has been unearthed and revealed the graves of three queens. These queens were buried alongside gold and silver riches and what seem to be human sacrifices. The area around the tomb has been looted and tampered with many times over the years, but the tomb remains completely untouched. It was protected by 30 tons of loose stones. The human sacrifices were found in sitting positions in neat rows, and the queens were buried in separate small chambers surrounded by gold trinkets and tools. More than a thousand separate items have been uncovered from the site since its discovery.

7 Noah’s Ark Mosaic
In 2016, a mosaic that has imagery depicting the story of Noah’s ark was discovered inside of an ancient synagogue at the site of Huqoq (hoocoke) in Israel. The mosaic illustrates, of course, the ark, and includes pairs of lions, bears, and leopards with other animals. It even shows the story of the parting Red Sea complete with ancient Egyptian soldiers who were surrounded by overturned chariots and being attacked by giant fish.

6 Jesus Tombs
Israel’s antiquities authorities recently allowed reporters into its vast storerooms to show the world some of the discoveries they have made that give us some insight into what it was like to live in during the Biblical era. These two ossuaries have inscriptions that seem to spell out the word “Jesus”. Before anyone gets too excited, it’s likely not the bones of the Jesus you are thinking about, as the name was very common thousands of years ago. Scientists are still on the lookout for more evidence as to what he actually looked like.

5 Medieval Wall In Parking Lot
When the University of Leicester (lesta) set out to build a new student accommodation block in early 2017, they luckily called archaeological diggers instead of construction workers. These diggers uncovered an entire medieval wall hidden underneath the parking lot and future construction site in Coventry. Experts say that the wall was more likely used for commercial purposes rather than for defense. Now, Richard Buckley who is one of the co-directors of the University of Leicester (lesta) Archaeological Services says they may move the foundations of the new building to better preserve the wall.

4 Watlington Hoard
The Watlington Hoard is now being kept at Oxford University’s Ashmolean Museum. This hoard was some bonafide, real life buried treasure and it cost Oxford University 1.35 Million pounds to purchase ownership. The story goes that Alfred the Great King of Wessex buried all of his treasure sometime between 871 and 899 AD to hide them from Viking raids. The hoard includes 15 ingots, 7 pieces of jewelry, a scrap of gold, and 186 including a rare penny minted with the image of Two emperors.

3 The One Ring
Some say that this ancient Roman ring currently on display in a Tudor mansion in England could have been what inspired J.R.R. Tolkien’s fantasy Lord of the Rings. Tolkien was a professor of Anglo Saxon history and could have well known about this ancient artifact. The ring was originally unearthed by a farmer and then passed on to the Tudor family for money, perhaps inspiring a ring that was passed down through history ala the Ring.

2 Pompeii Artifacts
At this point, we’re all familiar with the catastrophe of Pompeii, when a giant volcanic eruption laid waste to an entire city and created hard ash casts of everyone and everything in its past. The newest shocking specimens went on display at The British Museum, including the cast of a child in pugilist’s position as well as a carbonised baby’s cradle that looks shockingly similar to the cradles we use today.

Secret Message Discovered in Statue of Jesus | National Geographic

While restoring a statue of Jesus, art preservationists discovered a hidden message detailing Spanish life in the 18th century.

An 18th-century wooden carving of Jesus holds a message from the past. Conservators with Madrid-based Da Vinci Restauro were examining a crucifix from a church about 80 miles north of the Spanish capital. The statue turned out to be hollow with a removable panel. Located on the figure’s backside, the opening was hidden by the cross. Inside lay a letter describing life in Spain in 1777, written by a chaplain, Joaquin Minguez. The priest names the reigning monarch, Carlos III, catalogues crops and products such as wine. He tells of the Inquisition and of happier customs, with music and games. Minguez seems to have intentionally placed the letter to serve as a time capsule. The document itself will go to an archive. But to honor Minguez’s wishes, a copy will stay within the statue.

For the first time in centuries, scientists have exposed the original surface of what is traditionally considered the tomb of Jesus Christ. As the slab of marble was removed, revealing the Holy Bed, conservationists were surprised to discover something their instruments hadn’t detected: a layer of debris beneath the marble cover. They will analyze the debris to learn more about the ancient resting place.

Located in the Church of the Holy Sepulchre in the Old City of Jerusalem, the tomb has been covered by marble cladding since at least A.D. 1555, and most likely centuries earlier. The modest tomb has never before been photographed, and no drawings exist. This is the first time anyone alive today has seen the Holy Bed.

This burial shelf is now enclosed by a small structure known as the Edicule (from the Latin aedicule, or “little house”), which was last reconstructed in 1808-1810 after being destroyed in a fire. The Edicule and the interior tomb are currently undergoing restoration by a team of scientists from the National Technical University of Athens under the direction of Chief Scientific Supervisor Professor Antonia Moropoulou.

The National Geographic Society, with the blessing of the Greek Orthodox Patriarch of Jerusalem and other religious communities, formed a strategic alliance with the National Technical University of Athens for cultural heritage preservation. For an exclusive look at the restoration project, watch Explorer on National Geographic Channel, coming in November.

Experience the Tomb of Christ Like Never Before | National Geographic

In late 2016, for the first time in centuries, scientists uncovered what many consider the tomb of Christ during a historic restoration. Grand Basset Griffon Vendeen / Dog Breed

The Grand Basset Griffon Vendeen is derived, like all bassets, from hounds of superior size, in this case the Grand Griffon. The first selections were made at the end of the 19th century by the Comte d’Elva who was looking for subjects with “straight legs”. But it was Paul Dezamy who was especially responsible for fixing the type. He had understood that in order to catch a hare, dogs of a certain size were needed. He fixed the size at about 43 cm. Today used primarily when hunting with a gun, it is capable of hunting all furry game, from the rabbit to the wild boar. A team of Grand Bassets won the 5th edition of the European Cup for hare.

Goldendoodle / Dog Breed

In the vast majority of cases Goldendoodles appear as the product of first-generation breeding. As the result of this breeding strategy, such dogs are notable for exceptional robustness and lovable temperament. They come in three different sizes to meet the wishes of any family: standard (about 20 kilograms or more), medium (between 14 and 20 kilograms) and miniature (between 7 and 14 kilograms). In order to predict the average size of an adult dog it’s recommended to sum up the weights of its parents and divide it by two.
The Goldendoodle already has sizeable number of fanciers throughout the world but they haven’t yet organised any specialised club or registry for this wonderful new breed.

Great Dane / Dog Breed

Large boar hounds resembling the Great Dane appear in ancient Greece, in frescoes from Tiryns dating back to the 14th–13th centuries BC.

These large boarhounds continue to appear throughout ancient Greece in subsequent centuries up to the Hellenistic era. The Molossian hound, Suliot dog, and specific imports from Greece were used in the 18th century to increase the stature of the boarhounds in Austria and Germany and the wolfhounds in Ireland.
Bigger dogs are depicted on numerous runestones in Scandinavia, on coinage in Denmark from the fifth century AD, and in the collection of Old Norse poems, known in English as Poetic Edda. The University of Copenhagen Zoological Museum holds at least seven skeletons of very large hunting dogs, dating from the fifth century BC to 1000 AD.

Giant Schnauzer / Dog Breed

The Giant Schnauzer is a working breed of dog developed in the 17th century in Germany. It is the largest of the three breeds of Schnauzer the other two breeds being the Standard Schnauzer and the Miniature Schnauzer. Numerous breeds were used in its development, including the black Great Dane, the Bouvier des Flandres, and the German Pinscher. Originally bred to assist on farms by driving livestock to market and guarding the farmer’s property, the breed eventually moved into the city, where it worked guarding breweries, butchers’ shops, stockyards and factories. It was unknown outside of Bavaria until it became popular as a military dog during World War I and World War II.
The Giant Schnauzer is reckoned to be the youngest Schnauzer breed developed in the farming regions of neighbouring Wurttemberg and Bavaria as far back as in the XV centuries. In order to control unruly cattle farmers required much more powerful and capable dog than mid-sized Schnauzer. This wish necessitated the invention of the Giant Schnauzer, which was performed by crossing the average-sized Schnauzer with local smooth-coated herding dogs. It’s also very likely that rough-coated sheepdogs as well as the Great Dane and the Rottweiler contributed to its development. It is also very likely that the breed is related to the shepherd of Flanders, the Bouvier des Flandres.

German Pinscher / Dog Breed

The German Pinscher is a compact, vigorous and alert dog of the German origin, which was first bred to serve as a rodent exterminator somewhere between the end of the XVIII and the late XIX centuries. The breed’s easy-going nature and unpretentiousness in grooming won its fame of a wonderful family companion. This graceful but still powerful dog also makes an fearless protector of its masters and their possessions.
The images of the German Pinscher began to appear in the paintings of German artists since the middle of the XVIII century. Nonetheless it’s rather safe to suggest that its early development dates back as far as to the XV century when local farm people often resorted to the help of resembling dogs to control the population of various household rodents. During the XIX century it also was charged with duties of guarding coaches. The breed gained wide acceptance for its well-expressed innate prey drive as well as for its average size, which made it fairly affordable to keep for a poor folk. The name «Pinscher» is actually an altered French word «pincer» which designates «to seize» or «to nip».
Initially the breed was referred as the Wire-Haired Pinscher and Smooth-Haired Pinscher. Essentially the German Pinscher and the Standard Schnauzer shared the common ancestry, specifically the Wire-Haired Pinscher, so they were classified as the same canine variety. However over time the breeders made a decision to grant each of them with the status of a distinct breed.
