How is Johnson Ranch Different from Other Animal Clinics?

We’re probably different from most other clinics from the standpoint of what we don’t do.
We focus our attention on the pet and the client. We don’t try to encumber things with health plans.
We don’t try to sell a bunch of pharmacy type products or retail products or dog food.
We don’t board and we don’t groom.
We focus on the client and the pet.
Anybody is welcome to stop in and meet us. It doesn’t cost anything to stop in and say hi and introduce yourselves. You can meet us, you can bring your pet if you want and get to know a little bit about us.

You can also check us out on our website at https://santanvalleyvets.com/ or Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/JohnsonRanchAnimalClinic.

Our goal is to be a friendly, knowledgeable veterinary practice who can help our pets and our clients.

Abigail & Brittany Hensel – The Twins Who Share a Body

Although they are two completely separate people, these accomplished teens share a body and have just two arms and legs between them.

Born in 1990, the girls have been brought up in a small, tightly knit community in Minnesota, almost completely protected from prying eyes and inquisitive stares. To their friends and family, they are distinct people with very different personalities, needs, tastes and desires. But to the outside world they are a medical mystery — particularly given the fact that they can do virtually all the same things as their friends, including playing the piano, riding a bike, swimming and playing softball “Their personalities make them inspirational,” says their mother Patty. “They never give up; anything they want to do, they go out and do it.”

The medical world is keen to find out how two separate brains and nervous systems can work in such a perfectly co-ordinated way, but the twins and their family have always resisted non-essential medical tests. “The family want to treat them as though they are just like everyone else,” says Joy Westerdahl, the girls’ doctor, who admits that it is a mystery how their unique physiology functions.

As they enter adulthood, the twins are likely to leave the haven of their home town and face the wider world. In preparation for that time, they have taken part in this intimate documentary to show the world what it is like to be joined for life.

12 Things Your Stool Says About Your Health

How to understand if you’re really healthy? Here’s the easiest way to do it: check your stool colors and what learn they mean. As gross as it may sound, the color and shape of your stool can reveal a lot about your health. Any changes you might notice can be a sign of a serious disease.

TIMESTAMPS
Stool color 0:29
White 1:08
Green 2:00
Yellow 2:39
Black 3:38
Red 4:17
Stool shape 5:29

SUMMARY
– If you see separate solid lumps reminiscent of nuts or goat feces in your toilet bowl, it is likely a sign of severe constipation. This type of stool means your body lacks fiber.
– Sausage-shaped, large, and lumpy stool speaks of constipation.
This type of stool is also caused by a lack of fiber.
– If the cracked sausage-shaped stool is what you usually have, there are no reasons to worry. That’s a normal stool. You’re doing just fine!
– If you stand with those whose feces are soft, sausage-shaped, and smooth – congratulations! Your stool is as perfect as stool can be!
– Soft lumps with clear edges are a sign of light diarrhea.
It could also mean that you are experiencing irritable bowel syndrome.
– If your stool comes in fluffy pieces with ragged edges, it looks like you are having mild diarrhea. Remember how we told you to have more fiber? Well, in this case, it is just the opposite. Maybe there’s too much fiber in your diet.
– Liquid without solid pieces type of feces is what no one likes to see. It speaks of severe diarrhea.
