❌दुनिया के सबसे खतरनाक कुत्ते | MOST DANGEROUS DOGS IN THE WORLD

Dogs have been selectively bred for thousands of years, sometimes by inbreeding dogs from the same ancestral lines, sometimes by mixing dogs from very different lines.[1] The process continues today, resulting in a widening in appearance without speciation, “from the Chihuahua to the Great Dane.”[2] The following list uses a wide interpretation of “breed.” Breeds are usually categorized by the functional type from which the breed was developed. The basic types are companion dogs, guard dogs, hunting dogs, herding dogs, and working dogs, although there are many other types and subtypes. Breeds listed here may be traditional breeds with long histories as registered breeds, rare breeds with their own registries, or new breeds that may still be under development. Pit bull is the common name for a type of dog. Formal breeds often considered in North America to be of the pit bull type include the American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Bully, and Staffordshire Bull Terrier.[1][2] The American Bulldog is also sometimes included. Many of these breeds were originally developed as fighting dogs from cross breeding bull-baiting dogs (used to hold the faces and heads of larger animals such as bulls) and terriers. After the use of dogs in blood sports was banned, such dogs were used as catch dogs in the United States for semi-wild cattle and hogs, to hunt and drive livestock, and as family companions.[3] Despite dog fightingnow being illegal in the United States, it still exists as an underground activity, and pit bulls are a common breed of choice. The Boxer is a medium-sized, short-haired breed of dog, developed in Germany. The coat is smooth and tight-fitting; colours are fawn or brindled, with or without white markings, and white. Boxers are brachycephalic (they have broad, short skulls), have a square muzzle, mandibular prognathism (an underbite), very strong jaws, and a powerful bite ideal for hanging on to large prey. The Bullmastiff is a large-sized breed of domestic dog, with a solid build and a short muzzle. TheBullmastiff shares the characteristics of molosser dogs, and was originally developed by 19th-century gamekeepers to guard estates. The German Shepherd is a breed of medium to large-sized working dog that originated in Germany. The breed’s officially recognized name is German Shepherd Dog in the English language (sometimes abbreviated as GSD). The Dobermann to most of the world or Doberman Pinscher as it is known in the United States and Canada, is a medium-large breed of domestic dog originally developed around 1890 by Karl Friedrich Louis Dobermann, a tax collector from Germany. Husky /ˈhʌski/ is a general name for a sled-type of dog used in northern regions, differentiated from other sled-dog types by their fast pulling style. They are an ever-changing cross-breed of the fastest dogs.[1] The Alaskan Malamute, by contrast, is “the largest and oldest of the Arctic sled dogs,”[2] and was used for heavier loads. The Alaskan Malamute /ˈmaeləˌmjuːt/ is a large breed of domestic dog (Canis lupus familiaris) originally bred for hauling heavy freight due to their strength and endurance, and later a sled dog. They are similar to other arctic breeds, such as the Greenland Dog, Canadian Eskimo Dog, the Siberian Husky, and the Samoyed. The Perro de Presa Canario, A.K.A. the Canary Mastiff, is a large Molosser-type dog breed originally bred for working livestock. The name of the breed is Spanish, means “Canarian catch dog”, and is often shortened to “Presa Canario” or simply “Presa”. The Rottweiler is a breed of domestic dog, regarded as medium-to-large or large. ———————————————————————-

How to catch the streetdogs?

It’s not always so easy to catch the streetdogs in Ladakh. Our dogcatchers use chicken offal to entrap the dogs. The dog they release, had already been desexed. The other ones will be taken to our clinic in Sabu, where they will be desexed, vaccinated against rabies and, should it be necessary, given medical treatment. Of course they only stay in the small cages during transport, at the clinic we keep them in spacious kennels. After recovering from surgery they will be brought back to their own territory on the street, their home. In this way they can lead a healthy life, and live in symbiosis with humans.
